Features:
Weigh 5 grams of sample (accurate to ¡À 0.1), placed in a 250ml beaker, add 95ml of distilled
water, stir the sample in the magnetic stirrer about 1min untill it turn into uniform emulsion.
Then poured it into the 100ml dry ground stopper graduated cylinder about 1h, observed the
emulsion, and if there is no floating oil, Shen oil or Precipitation(above the white ester-like
material promised no more than tilting 2ml) is qualified.
Applications:
Prestige DTY oil agents are widely used in drafting twisting machine (DTY craft) conventional
spinning twisting equipment, dacron stretch yarn winding weaving equipment, polyamide fiber
draw texturing oiling, can prevent or eliminate electrostatic, improve fiber, reduce the
smoothness of fiber, easy cleaning, improve product quality, etc. |
